Dick Leon Retires

Dick Leon is finally hanging up his hammer and tools which he has used over many years to make The Alfred Corry into the wonderful condition she is today.

Dick is unique in being involved since the inception in 1999 and the return of the lifeboat to Southwold and helping his good friend John Cragie restore the lifeboat.

There have been many helpers along the way but Dick has been ever present and at 91 feels it is the time to retire.

Everyone would like to wish him all the best for the future and express our sincere thanks for all the work he has done at the museum for the last 26 years.
